
I’m bringing sexy back
Okay, I called this page “I’m bringing sexy back” for one reason, and one reason only. I’m fat. I haven’t always been fat, but the last few years I have been, and there’s no shame in admitting to it since it’s obvious to anyone who’s known me for more than 5 years. And I feel anything but sexy so the title fits.
I’ve tried Weight Watchers in the past and would stop going after a while. This time I’ve been committed to going since rejoining in August of 2006. I had some setbacks in October/November 2006 and had to adjust my diet accordingly, but now I’m seeing slow but steady progress.
I like numbers and charts (it’s the geek in me), so I’m posting charts to show my progress. I’m vain though so the numbers will not be shown other than on the loss/gain chart.
Do you have any tips or suggestions on ways to increase the weight loss? No rude comments about liposuction are needed. I eat healthy and yes, have started a gym membership and am committed to attending (probably because it costs me $40 a month).
So here’s to bringing sexy back.
